Winter Park Christmas Parade, 12/5, at 9a.

Winter Spark in Baldwin Park:  Baldwin Parks annual winter festival and parade will take place December 12 starting at 3p.

Winter on the Avenue: The Winter Park Chamber of Commerce has partnered with the City of Winter Park, Park Avenue Merchants Association, Enzian Theatre and Central Florida Community Arts to kick off the holidays in Winter Park. lightup-logoLight Up UCF “50 Nights of Music, Lights and Ice, 11/13 – 01/03, UCF Arena:

Back for its eighth season, Light Up UCF “50 Nights of Music, Lights and Ice” provides Central Florida families and residents with an affordable place to celebrate the holidays. Running from November 13 through January 3 outside CFE Arena, Light Up UCF has become a holiday tradition, offering an 8,000 square foot outdoor ice skating rink, rides, and holiday attractions. And back again this year, it will be SNOWING every evening! Get ready for a magical eighth season!

In addition to the fan favorite Ice Rink Pavilion presented by Central Florida Expressway Authority, the Hunter Vision Ferris Wheel, Blizzard ride, the Arctic Glide Ice Slide and Santa’s Workshop presented by Coca-Cola, there are several free opportunities for families including the Holiday Film Festival shown on a giant two-story screen and the Holiday Light Show presented by Orlando Sanford International Airport with thousands of lights choreographed to seasonal musical selections and falling snow!   http://www.lightupucf.com/

Now Snowing , 11/30 – 12/31, Celebration:  A Celebration tradition! Join Celebration Town Center as they kick off 15th Annual Now Snowing event with a Tree Lighting Ceremony on November 30th from 5:30-9 PM. This special tree lighting event will feature live music, a special entrance by Santa Claus himself, and family fun for everyone. Now Snowing, Central Florida’s original and premier “Snowing” event, offers a new snowfall program, an  ice rink and a schedule filled with surprises. Now Snowing is a month long Winter Wonderland Spectacular featuring strolling Charles Dickens Carolers, community performers, photos with Santa, horse drawn carriage rides, the Celebration Express train, and nightly snowfall at 6:00, 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00 PM.

Light Up the Wild at Moss Park, 12/19 – 12/23, 6p – 9p nightly:  Experience the wonders of the season up close as you journey through the twinkling displays that thrill young and old! Event is open nightly through the weekend and once inside you can drive through the lights as many times as you like. Tune your car radio to our special holiday station and sing along under the lights. Stay awhile and take your family holiday photo aboard Santa’s souped-up sleigh boat!  Cost is $5 per car.
